Facilities and capacity

The house and grounds are available for every aspect of your wedding. The house can cater for receptions of 50 guests inside and 150 for a marquee style wedding. There are four room available to celebrate civil weddings and the grounds to which you will have full access are unparalleled for their beauty.

East Dene has four licensed rooms for the celebration of civil marriage ceremonies and partnerships. Three of these have stunning sea views. Legendary for their friendliness and attention to detail, the staff and dedicated wedding planner will advise you on how best to take advantage of the house and grounds that you will have completely to yourself and in exclusivity.

This remarkable stone built mansion is sitting on about 10 acres of woodland, gardens and play areas, with stunning coastal views and direct access to Monks Bay. Located in the graceful village of Bonchurch, the lovely churches of St Boniface are conveniently situated within a short walking distance.
