Manor Lodge

Manor Oaks House extends from our traditional Georgian farm house into an enclosed garden filled with flowers. The barn-like room features original stone work and exposed wooden beams dotted with fairy lights and you’ll find a distinctive bottle bar tucked into the original house to provide drinks.

The room is yours to personalise how you wish. You can add your own decor, table settings, centre pieces, entertainment and use whichever suppliers you like to make your big day unique to you.

Our recommended numbers are 80 for a meal and up to 100 guests into the evening though if you don’t mind being a bit cosy we can go up to 100/120.

Manor Oaks House reception hire is £2495 for 2019/20 and if you would like to hold your ceremony at our Tudor Turret House it is just an additional £500 on a Friday and Saturdays April to September inclusive. Mid week or anytime October to March reception hire is £1995 or £2395 with a ceremony as well. The price includes tables and chairs.
