Which Wedding Venue is operated by ecentury Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Use of the site

• You must be 18 or over to use this site
• You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to gain unauthorised access
• You agree not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• We reserve the right to remove any listing or account that violates these terms

3. Venue listings

• Venue information is provided for guidance only — always verify details directly with the venue
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any venue listing
• Which Wedding Venue is a directory service and is not a party to any booking or contract between you and a venue
• Venue owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information

4. Venue owner accounts

• Venue owners may claim and manage their listing subject to verification
• You must have authority to represent the venue you are claiming
• Paid subscriptions are billed annually via Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 14 days of billing

5. Supplier listings

• Suppliers may list their business subject to approval by Which Wedding Venue
• We reserve the right to reject or remove any supplier listing at our discretion
• Supplier subscriptions are billed annually and subject to the same terms as venue subscriptions above

6. Enquiries

• Enquiries submitted through the site are forwarded to the relevant venue or supplier
• We are not responsible for responses (or lack thereof) from venues or suppliers
• Do not submit sensitive personal information in enquiry forms beyond what is necessary

7. Intellectual property

• All content on this site (excluding venue-supplied content) is owned by ecentury Ltd
• You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute our content without written permission
• By uploading images or content to the site, you grant us a licence to display that content on the site

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ecentury Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on any listing information. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
